What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICF Home Manager position at Echoing Hills Village?
The ICF Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ICF-IID group home. This position is responsible for assisting with fulfilling the mission, purpose and core values of the Ministry and assisting the QIDP and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with planning and implementing person centered programs, activities and trips for the benefit of the individuals we serve. This position will be responsible for the staffing and scheduling of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Kronos changes of staff as directed by the Program Director. This position will also perform DSP responsibilities when necessary.
This position provides a vital link between the QIDP, LPN and DSPs at the home, as well as the individuals, family/guardians and other outside individuals who provide services and opportunities for the individuals we serve.
