Williston, VT based Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI) has an opening in our Trenchless Division for an Operating Foreman with 5-10 years of experience.

A working knowledge of heavy equipment is required, experience working with directional drilling and other trenchless construction methods is a plus but not a requirement.  Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a CDL is preferred.

This Position assists the Foreman to ensure that safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism are practiced & maintained.  In the absence of a Foreman, the Operating Foreman is accountable for all Foreman responsibilities, including project planning/coordination and crew management.  A high emphasis on safety is also a must.

Knowledge and experience of trenchless methods of construction (directional drilling, auger boring, pipe ramming, guided boring, pipe bursting and tunneling) are a plus.

  • Location:             Williston, VT with assignments throughout New England and New York.
  • Rate of Pay:        Commensurate on experience.
  • Benefits:              Health & Dental Insurance available, 401k, Profit Sharing, Vacation
  • Working Hours:      45 to 55 hours per week typical
