Location: Raleigh, NC
Professional Nurse
Position Overview:
- The primary purpose of this position is to provide nursing functions for patients served by an assertive community treatment team.
- Under the direction of the team psychiatrist, the nurse will provide management and supervision of medication administration to patients in their homes and other settings.
- Will provide case management services for an assigned group of patients, including planning, developing, and monitoring of services and supports as delineated in the patient's treatment plan.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with adults with mental illness is preferred.
- Previous experience in Client or other community-based services in preferred.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
