Position Overview:
- This role supports the planning and delivery of strategic programs and projects to enable operational changes at the client cell therapy manufacturing facility.
- Typical changes include adding or updating equipment, IT system updates, process changes, document revisions, and facility changes.
- This role will work closely with project managers, project owners, human resources, finance, and operational managers to complete administrative project activities and facilitate the timely and accurate communication of information.
- Given the dynamic nature of the work, this role requires an individual who can quickly respond to requests and changes while ensuring a high level of information accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting project related information for reporting purposes such as project spending and hiring information.
- Creation and maintenance of data trackers to facilitate efficient and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of information.
- Synthesize and produce regular and ad hoc reporting on project related data and exceptions.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to applicable project and operational budgets.
- Support project leads in compiling presentations and communicating status.
- Support project meeting coordination, documentation, and follow up activities.
- Facilitate overall project communications through maintenance of information on project SharePoint repositories, project dashboards, and other communication tools.
- Escalate risks and issues to the project managers and project owners.
- Provide administrative support as needed for other project related tasks.
- Support continuous improvement through application of lessons learned, best practices, and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Information Systems.
- 3-5 years of work experience in project coordination and/or business administration, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- High-level of competency with MS Office including Excel and SharePoint, Pivot Tables, helpful.
- Working understanding of basic financial and project management concepts.
- High-level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes and shifting demands.
- Ability to work with initiative to deliver information by target dates.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Displays integrity, collaboration, adaptability, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on large projects and/or in a structured project management.
