Sr. Systems Administrator (lead role)
1 week ONSITE for training and then 70% remote

1.) Managing vendors and leading a small team
2.) Hands on Windows Administration - Understanding business needs from Business Unit leadership
3.) Architecting, and maintaining IT solutions and Managing end user escalations/escalated support tickets
4.) Must have Windows Server maintenance skills, O365 administration skills needed. Hands on VMware skills needed. Azure Cloud awareness and hands on experience
Proficient with:
- Managing IT vendors
- Understanding business needs from Business Unit leadership
- Determining IT business requirements
- Mapping these requirements to tech requirements
- Architecting, Implementing, and maintaining IT solutions
- Leading a small team of technicians
- Hands on Windows Server & Desktop Administration
- Managing end user escalations and escalated support tickets
- Hands on wireless, switching, and router engineering experience
- Knowledge of SonicWall firewalls a plus
- Must have firewall administration skills
- O365 administration skills needed
- Hands on Email security tool experience needed
- Hands on VMware ESX skills needed
- Hands on experience with Dell or other Unified Storage Solution is important
