Summary
At eClerx our success is based on close, on-site collaboration with our clients. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, consultative oriented person, with a background in digital marketing, technology, and/or analytics. This role will help manage our relationship with a F50 high tech manufacturer and solution provider. You will be leading various existing engagements, strategizing, problem solving, and identifying new business opportunities and crafting solutions.

Your ability to develop trusted relationships with business leaders, to help them think about their business and collaborate on a vision to achieve more.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for all aspects of client engagement with your engagement portfolio.
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key client stakeholders and senior client executives throughout the engagement portfolio
- Know the customer’s business, the industry in which they operate, and how eClerx can help them drive their business; delivering consultative knowledge throughout the engagement and new business lifecycle.
- Responsible for individual revenue targets and growth through developing new and existing relationships, as well as identifying new opportunities to match service capabilities with client needs.
- Manage proposals, timelines and deliverables for proposal through implementation in conjunction with the services team. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and growth of eClerx Digital across clients in the Enterprise Technology vertical business unit
Eligibility Requirements
- Strong and proven experience in account management and business development
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills - ability to network and earn client confidence and trust
- Highly motivated, resourceful and adaptable. Must enjoy constantly learning and tackling new challenges.
- Domain knowledge in marketing, AI, and analytics
- 5-8 years of experience in client management and services, business development, consulting, professional services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Applicants must have the right work in the US
- 10% travel possible with some international travel

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
