Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage client trust accounts, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:
