Overview

Ecopool is searching for a highly motivated Business Development Sales Executive to serve as the first impression for both our clients and dealers. You will nurture sales opportunities with clients and form lasting connections with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company while achieving personal financial goals. This unique opportunity provides three ways to earn commissions, including residual commissions from your dealers and distributors.

Your objective will be to others to see the high value of Ecopool. Your success will expand Ecopool’s national reach and help people to enjoy life a little more through better health, stronger personal relationships and relaxation.

Since we’re an early-stage company, you’ll want to be comfortable with change and testing the best strategies for success. You will focus on closing consumer and distributor sales and become an intricate component of our team. You’ll have the option to remote work after an in-house training period.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to both consumers and prospective new dealers and distributors
  • Communicate the value of our product effectively with passion
  • Attracting new business with creative strategy and overseeing the sales process
  • Research data on your target market
  • Diligent follow up on inbound leads and potential prospects
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

Not everyone can be a Business Development Specialist. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

  • Some experience in a sales role
  • Some college preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • This is an autonomous position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated. We also have high expectations, so you must be able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback about your work.

You will enjoy a formula for success that allows you to get off to a fast start:

  • By 5 days you will have completed paid training on both product and strategy
  • By 5 days you’ll begin reaching out to clients and dealers and creating long-term relationships
  • By 6 months, you will have established a large base of dealers that will allow you to sustain a highly rewarding level of income through residual commissions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
