Job Description:
As an LSV service technician, you must be able to diagnose problems and use judgment to determine how to best repair various types of problems in a timely and efficient manner. Must also be organized and able to communicate well with others. Position pays hourly rather than “flat rate or by the job” which is not typical in most technician positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with company standards
- Diagnose and repair recreational vehicle systems including batteries, suspension, brakes and tires and wheels.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Pre Inspect and test low speed vehicles so they are ready to be on the sales lot.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic handyman knowledge
- Must have an adequate supply of personal hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from company location
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies
- Able to work in outdoor elements
- Able to lift 40lbs above your head
- Must be able to work in tight quarters, above and underneath units.
Wage:
- Wage will be dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
