Job Title: Inbuilding Construction Manager
Location: Salem, OR
Pay Range: $45-49/hr
What's the Job?
- Conduct feasibility assessments at venues to identify potential challenges and plan for success.
- Analyze project requirements, develop Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM), and collaborate with RF engineers.
- Manage all technical aspects of equipment deployment, including supplier selection and material distribution.
- Oversee site access, installation scheduling, and construction execution.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Conduct audits throughout the build process and manage punch list items.
- Partner with Senior Construction Managers and Customer Project Managers for seamless workflow.
- Proven experience in in-building telecommunications solutions (IBCS).
- Ability to travel within the Pacific Northwest region for site visits and construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
