Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Bulk Loader in our Plant facility located in Fresno, TX.The role performs duties that involve loading / unloading bulk containers of raw materials and Ecolab products. Activities are performed at a rapid pace and require contact with fellow workers and delivering truck drivers. The incumbent is dependent on others to accomplish tasks for the overall performance of his/her department.

What You Will Do:
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar or related.
- Locates and moves trailers and communicate to drivers to do the same with tankers so that the loading/ unloading can occur in the desired order for inventory replenishment or delivery dispatch/product availability.
- Properly prepares each railcar or truck and ensures that connections are done correctly.
- Assures that inventory is stored in a clean, efficient manner.
- Obtains a sample of material prior to and after loading or unloading and submits to the lab for approval.
- Verifies the flow path of the raw material or product by a visual check of the appropriate system. Checks appearance of the material or product for inconsistencies.
- As required by business needs or as assigned by management other duties within labor grade.
- Forklift certification or ability to be recertified.
- Ability to get mule or shuttle wagon certified
- Hook up and shuttle tanker trucks around
- Organizes the trailer holding areas.
- Utilizes SAP to receive and process paperwork both of incoming raw material and outgoing finished good Bills of Lading.
Position Details:
- Plant location: Fresno, TX
- Work week and shift: Dupont
- Compensation: $27 / hour. Hourly Compensation is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Overtime is required, depending on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience
- No immigration sponsorship for this role.
- Must be able to read/speak English
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability and desire to learn new processes and equipment as the business changes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to use a computerized batching system
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to visually interpret dials, gauges and switches
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to understand the operation of equipment being used and its relationship to the loading/unloading and production processes.
