What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Support Specialist position at ECOLAB?
Responsible for performing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks associated with the set up and execution of fumigation jobs. Works closely with sales and operations to understand upcoming fumigation work and coordinates required documentation, schedules needed crew members, and travel arrangements to support each fumigation event.This individual will be supporting the California district.
What will you do:
Ensures all pre-job planning is completed to ensure successful completion of each fumigation job. This includes collecting, entering and maintaining required information such as customer information, signed agreements, scope of work, job pricing, materials and supplies needed per job and other information required to successfully complete and invoice each job.
Sends job quotes to customers and requests/collects purchase orders.
Coordinates travel logistics for crew members
Accounts receivable and collections support for district
Works with appropriate vendors to ensure required rental equipment is secured for each job including scheduling pick up and return dates.
Communicates job details as required with local police, fire or appropriate regulatory agencies.
Prepares required customer information packet contents and ensures they are delivered on time to the appropriate contacts including safety data sheets, insurance,and training certifications etc.
After completion of each fumigation job, reviews and ensures all necessary information has been collected and entered to close out the job and issue an invoice to the customer including product usage logs.
Reviews, matches and codes invoices and submits to AP. Ensures invoices match work performed.
Takes incoming customer calls answering questions related tofumigations.

This position is located in Woodland, California
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of administrative support experience
Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress
1 year of experience in a sales organization
Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$25.00-$29.00/hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
