What You Will Do:
Perform tasks including laminating, cutting and shaping of materials
Perform maintenance and adjustments on major machines
Perform routine set-up and operates assigned pieces of equipment
Work from simple blueprints, specifications and verbal instructions
Ensure quality in all products
Accurately process necessary transactions related to labor reporting and record keeping
Communicate verbally and/or in writing with others
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
Position Details:
Plant location:Elk Grove Village, IL
Work week and shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a chemical, production, and/or manufacturing environment
Prior related experience preferred
Excellent mechanical aptitude with light maintenance experience
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
Ability to perform basic math functions
Ability to follow and carry out single or multi-step instructions
Problem-solving capabilities to deal with situations involving occasional variables in standardized processes
Excellent communication skills
Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
Knowledge of set-up and operation of all assigned equipment
Working knowledge of the proper use of precision measuring instruments
Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) environment
