Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the Global Technology Transfer (GTT) program. The focus of this role will be the technical aspects of the system within our current InfoPath/SharePoint site and transitioning to eQMS. This role will interact with Quality, Supply Chain, RD&E, and IT members globally.
What You Will Do:
- Own the metrics program (Power BI dashboard) and coordination with Pune support as needed
- Ensure GTT metrics continue to run/connect to the server
- Respond to GTT questions and IT issues in the GTT help page
- Help get IT tickets submitted and follow up as needed
- Update metrics slides for global monthly meetings
- Work with a project team to help transition current InfoPath/SharePoint site to a new platform in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Assist GTT program manager as needed in meetings, trainings, etc.
- Assist GTT regional coordinators as needed in meetings, trainings, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years degree in technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with multiple regions
- Power BI proficiency
- SharePoint proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with a global team and work different hours when necessary
- Located in: St. Paul, Eagan, Naperville, or Sugar Land
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
- Ability to forge relationships with other areas of the business and at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize assignments, and work effectively
- Experience working in InfoPath
- Experience working in eQMS
