What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Team Leader position at ECOLAB?
Ecolab is seeking a Quality Team Lead to manage the operations of the Life Sciences Quality Control laboratory. The Quality Team Lead is considered a part of the Life Sciences Quality team and will collaborate with the Production Manager and Quality Manager to ensure the required Quality Control support is provided to the manufacturing operation.

What You Will Do:
- Own all aspects of Quality Control laboratory operation including management of the laboratory staff.
- Identify areas for improvement or gaps in the laboratory development based on previous experience in regulated industries.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, test methods, and Ecolab laboratory standards.
Position Details:
- This position is located in: Greensboro, NC
- Days, but will be required to monitor and manage off shift operations as they come online
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience working in Quality roles in a GMP environment
- 2 years of experience in managing others in a laboratory setting
- Relocation not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Chemistry or Microbiology related field
- Practical understanding of microbiology in cleanroom environments
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and providing guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with manufacturing, Quality Systems, and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
