ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities include:

· Project Support: Assist with special projects as assigned by Sales Executives and the Director of Global Services providing research, analysis, coordination, and follow-up as needed.

· Communication: Draft and proofread letters, reports, and customer facing documents.

· Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-u on action items.

· Document Organization: Maintain documents and ensure that information is easily accessible and confidential.

· Data Analysis Entry: Assist in data analysis and entry into our custom MRP systems.

· Expense Management: Track and manager sales team expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while optimizing for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications include:

· Experience: Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paces business environment.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Organization: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

· Tech Savvy: Comfort with learning relevant custom software. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms is a plus.

· Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and make decisions independently.

· Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, build and maintain positive relationships across teams and departments, contribute positively to group dynamics, communicate openly, and share ideas constructively. The ideal candidate should thrive in a cooperative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
