Job Description:

Economy Airport Parking and Shuttle Booth Attendant requires an energetic & customer-oriented individual. As a booth attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for your customers; therefore excellent customer service skills are crucial for this position. As an Economy Airport Parking and Shuttle employee it is your job to fully communicate with customers regarding their shuttle service to and from the airport, maintain customer logs and be responsible for their individual cash drawer.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 18 years of age.
  • Be able to sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, either in person, in writing, or via phone.
  • Have a friendly, outgoing demeanor (smiles, eye contact, and verbal interaction with customers) with excellent customer service skills.
  • Handle basic mathematical functions such as computing parking rates, handling basic cash transactions, making change, etc.
  • Fill out required ticket summaries, cashier reports, and other job-related paperwork.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
