Position Summary Overview :
Hourly plus bonus to help customers unlock the secrets of green thumb magic! As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be their guide to lush lawns and blooming gardens.
You will generate sales for lawn sprinklers, lawn fertilization, mosquito and tick control, outdoor lighting, and drainage solution through both inbound and outbound contacts, primarily working with our existing customers who already love Ecosystems.

Compensation :

Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Initiate outbound sales calls to introduce and upsell our lawn care services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition, highlighting benefits.
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the outside sales team, customer service, and management to achieve targets.
Answer questions, quote services, and negotiate with prospects and customers.
Generate additional revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
Communicate and collaborate with customer service and field technicians for additional business opportunities.

Previous inside sales experience / consultative sales skills.
Knowledge of selling techniques and ability to find sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Service Titan Experience a plus
Job Type & Schedule :
Full-time.
Day shift with flexibility.
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST.
Weekends as needed.
