Residential Estimator & Design/Outside Sales

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and driven individual to join our Team as a Residential Estimator &

Design Rep/Outside Sales and contribute to our continued success!

Essential Functions:

 Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our landscaping services

 Consult with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences

 Present and sell our comprehensive range of landscape solutions

 Secure new projects for residential properties

 Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing maintenance contracts

 Collaborate with our team to ensure the successful execution of projects

 Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative and tailored solutions

 Create professional proposals and conduct client presentations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 Proven experience in outside sales

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

 Ability to multitask and SELL

 Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills

 Confidence and motivation to work toward goals

 Valid and clean driver’s license

 Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset
