Pest Control Specialist

Must have current drivers license with a good driving history, pass a background check and pass initial drug test prior to employment and random drug testing during employment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Visually inspecting and treating for pest, pest harborage, and pest entry points

*
Building and maintaining good customer relations through excellent customer service and integrity

*
Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems

*
Maintaining high service standards at all accounts

*
Participation in group meetings and completion of on-going training

*
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours

*
Contributing positively and interactively in a team work environment offering support and help for larger projects

*
Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your pest control route and complete each service

*
Providing the proper aftercare instructions to ensure the safety of residents and pets

*
Committing to the use of the safest, lowest impact, most effective pest control techniques

*
Meeting your personal monthly sales quota
