ECS is seeking a ServiceNow SME to work in our Washington, D.C. office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Solution architect – performs ServiceNow technical demos
- Build customer roadmaps
- ITSM application implementation
- Responsible for creating requirements for Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management and Service Level Management
- Statistical analysis for help desk process using Six Sigma
- ITIL Subject Matter Expert
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
- 23 years of experience
- A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years’ relevant experience.
- Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently.
- Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications)

- ITIL IT Service Management Model Certified V2
- ITIL Foundation V3
- ITIL Foundation V4
- HP ServiceCenter 6X Software Essentials
- HP Service Manager 7x/9x
- ServiceNow System Admin

- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
