- Testing, assessment, consulting, and design services for the built environment, such as
- Property condition assessments
- Building enclosure design consulting
- Pre-construction, during-construction, and post-construction condition assessments
- Assessment of existing facilities
- ADA surveys
- Historic building assessments
- Forensic investigation analysis
- Design of repairs to existing structures
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Preparing reports and proposals
- Overseeing proposal, field work, and report preparation
- Maintaining and develop a client database
- Managing budgets and prepare invoices
- Mentoring other staff
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For
BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; MS degree preferred
5 -7 years of related experience to building enclosure design and consulting, ADA consulting, Code plan review or inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
ECS Principal designation will occur after management approval
Licensed as an American Institute of Architects (AIA) or Registered Architect (RA) or ability to obtain within six months of hire
Experience in Consulting is required
