Responds to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.Demonstrates self-awareness, is receptive to constructive criticism, and is proactively engaged in implementing up-to-date training and adult education methodologies.Demonstrates superior organization and planning skills needed to coordinate training space and resources, document training attendees and pertinent supporting materials and feedback within the Revenue Cycle Training database, and communicating with department leadership to coordinate and fulfill various training needs and requests.Engages with integrated and individual Epic testing, providing feedback and assisting management with problem-solving and recommendations for workflow application.Monitors and observes application of Epic Revenue Cycle and assists Training Manager in providing feedback for process improvement strategy initiatives.Demonstrates an analytical and problem-solving approach to assist management in diagnosing complex application issues, and communicating remedial actions via training curriculum.Demonstrates an analytical, proactive, and inquisitive approach to integrated and individual testing, concisely documenting steps, communicating testing successes and failures with department management, and creating training curriculums that reflect test outcomes, as necessary.Provides unbiased and direct feedback to department management regarding employee’s training performance, along with recommendations for improvement. Conducts anonymous surveys of training and analyzes feedback to continuously reflect and improve upon curriculum and delivery methodologies.Creates and maintains multiple curriculum modes of delivery in an accurate and easily-comprehendible manner.Stays proactive regarding upgrades, enhancements and both short-term and long-term resolutions to identified issues, reflecting changes in all curriculum in a timely manner.Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all software needed to create and modify training curriculum. Stays abreast of all curriculum software and avenues (including but not limited to, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, LMS’ such as Cornerstone and Blackboard, SharePoint site) as well as Epic upgrades and enhancements, ECUP policies and SOP’s, and dynamic insurance regulation and initiatives.Develops, updates, and advertises multiple modes of delivery, including, but not limited to, New Employee Manuals, Tips & Tricks, Revenue Cycle Alerts, self-led PowerPoint Presentations, training videos, and assessments.Communicates effectively with appropriate management and leadership to identify trends, challenges or needs for reeducation, and offer new curriculum or tailor existing curriculum to meet these needs.
