Senior Analyst, Marketing - Digital Growth Media
Job Posting for Senior Analyst, Marketing - Digital Growth Media at Pizza Hut
The Sr. Analyst, Marketing – Digital Growth Media will entice new customers to purchase from the brand (acquisition) and bring customers back (retention) by leading Pizza Hut paid performance channel strategy, audience activation, and acquisition and retention measurement across digital touchpoints.
- Support digital paid media activation including programmatic display, search, paid social, and online video advertising
- Lead acquisition and retention audience planning and 1P/3P data strategy throughout consumer journey
- Support agency, vendor, and franchisee organization relationships
- Manage measurement processes, data sources/pixel and campaign tracking with focus on incrementality and local market testing
- Collaborate cross functionally with brand advertising, marketing strategy, consumer insights and digital technology and data analytics teams to execute digital campaigns throughout the media funnel
- Participate in the strategic execution, program maintenance, invoice management, and reporting of digital campaigns
- Responsible for reporting metrics and tracking goals across campaign layers.
- Research and develop new marketing opportunities across digital media platforms to test and learn
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
FACTORS OF SUCCESS NECESSARY:
Required:
- 3 - 5 years of digital marketing or advertising agency experience
- Experience with programmatic DSPs, social media platforms, working with media agency teams
- Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office with a solid foundation in Excel reporting and analysis
- Must be detail-oriented
- Resourceful, energetic, self- motivated and reliable
- A positive, team-player with a passion for marketing
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with building Tableau reports
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Appsflyer or related mobile attribution platform
