Role Overview:
Reporting to the President/CEO the Chief of Staff is accountable for providing executive oversight over the development and implementation of systems in support of organizational effectiveness, including measuring and supporting ongoing decision making, project management, and procedures that support our K-16 cradle to career stakeholders including corporate funders, local education agencies, HBCUs and other education reform advocates.
The Chief of Staff will have executive oversight of the continued development, implementation, and organizational policies. The Chief of Staff will help maintain the organization's team-oriented, high performance, and inclusive culture. To ensure the organization’s growth, the Chief of Staff will assist with attracting investors by ensuring Ed Farm has programs that are data-driven and impactful.
