Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements

Prepare and analyze statements and reports and review with CEO and managers.


Cash Flow Management

Ensure financial viability and profitability through management of company funds and cash flow.


Credit Management

Participate in credit meetings as part of accounts management. Review for approval credit reports for prospective new accounts.


Benefits Administration

Company administrator and primary contact for company 401k plan and health care providers.


Insurance Administration

Company administrator for all policies.


Manage Inventory

Work with managers to determine pricing policy, updates for raw materials pricing.


Payroll

Input payroll as prepared by bookkeeper. Review pay polices with CEO.



Year-End, Outside Accountants

Prepare year end financial reports and corresponding support documentation for outside accountant.


Business Plan

Prepare business plan financial projections and work with managers and CEO to develop business plan for upcoming year.
