Job Description
The EDC Solutions team has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator, reporting to the Business Associate. This position is open to US-based telecommuters.
Education Development Center has collaborated with public and private partners to advance large-scale solutions for education and health challenges across the globe. EDC Solutions brings this vast expertise directly to individuals and organizations striving to address urgent challenges in public health, education, and workforce development. Through EDC Solutions, clients like healthcare systems, school districts, and local and state agencies have the same access to EDC’s innovative, high-quality service offerings as multinational organizations and large foundations.
As a portfolio, EDC Solutions serves to identify, cultivate, and launch promising commercial business opportunities in a variety of content areas within EDC. Our team provides strategic and operational support across a growing number of business units, working to develop and deliver just-in-time training, tailored consultation, and award-winning products to our mission-driven clients. All fees associated with EDC Solutions services are re-invested back into EDC and its programs.
The Administrative Coordinator will be a part of the EDC Solutions operations team, and will support a range of fee-for-service opportunities at EDC. The operations team for EDC Solutions assists content experts in the fields of mental health, substance misuse, suicide prevention, education, and more as they grow their mission- driven service portfolios and outreach efforts. Services include in-person and online training, tailored consultation, and products from technologies to materials.

You will:
- Independently perform complex assignments requiring knowledge of content area and administrative systems and solve complex problems
- Interact extensively within and outside of the organization; effectively interact with diverse staff completing priorities
- Coordinate activities and services across EDC Solutions administrative and operational needs as assigned
- Analyze activities, provide user support and reporting, troubleshoot services and systems; recommend revisions for efficiency and control
- Monitor information, notifying staff or management of findings or trends requiring action
- Coordinate all aspects of service delivery for standard trainings, courses, and consultation
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 3-5 years of related administrative coordinator experience
- Demonstrable experience with 3 or more computer applications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and aptitude for details
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong understanding of how to optimize content within multiple management systems (ie: Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, EventSquid, AirTable, Drupal, Basecamp).
- Interest and experience in website content management
