Responsibilities:
- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of materials and supplies
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for sourcing and procuring materials
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms
