What you will be doing
We are looking for detail oriented, disciplined and capable Quality Reliability engineers who want to see the outcome of their work create safer and more reliable systems for our Care Team, and our Patients. You will join a small interdisciplinary team of reliability engineers that is laying the foundation of Eden Health’s scalable future. Our reliability engineers work closely with every engineering discipline, product management, technical operations, and clinical teams to identify and define quality and reliability problems and build effective solutions.
You will join in on ownership of the engineering discipline: working to build not only our products, but our culture and processes. You will level up our quality engineering approach, and ensure every project we do is characterized by excellence. You will not be hesitant to jump in and fix things because you take responsibility for sustainable quality engineering. Technical problem solving appeals to you, but you will also create space for your colleagues to demonstrate the same. We all learn and grow to achieve goals that can never fit in a job description.
While the majority of Eden Health positions are remote-first, we are a company that values building trusted relationships. To achieve this we have programming and events which require us to be in person, including team and company-wide meetings. To ensure everyone's safety, we require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID -19, subject to reasonable accommodations for medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs. If you have additional questions, your Talent Partner will be able to answer them.
Eden Health is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all applicants from every background and life experience without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
