LPN Staff Nurse 3-11

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings. This position offers an opportunity to utilize a diverse set of skills and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic medical procedures such as IV insertion and tube feedings
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Experience in medical imaging and anatomy knowledge
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations including seniors, toddlers, and individuals with dementia
- Strong skills in primary care, senior care, and toddler care
- Demonstrated expertise in IV insertion and patient assessment
