**Job Summary:**
As an Architectural Millwork - Commercial Project Manager at Eden Oaks, you will oversee the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of our commercial projects. You will ensure projects adhere to the highest quality standards of craftsmanship while staying on schedule and within budget.
**Duties:**
- Manage and oversee commercial projects from conception to completion.
- Review and manage project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, construction managers, shop managers, and our finish shop team to define project needs and deliverables.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate alternative solutions, and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or proven experience in project management within the construction or woodworking industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Strong ability to oversee the build process effectively
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management
- Expertise in project scheduling and coordination
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
