- Minnesota Teacher License: Industrial Arts license required
- The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed
- Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $46,248 and MA: $56,760; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (pro rated based on FTE)
- Performance Awards available
- Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly
- Health Insurance
- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,169 per month toward family plans. Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans. District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
