Edenbrook of Rochester, part of the Eden Senior Care network, is seeking an exceptional Wound Certified - Registered Nurse for our wonderful facility.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Effective communication skills for interacting with physicians, families and staff
- Recent experience in a skilled environment as a wound care nurse with in-depth knowledge of treatment protocols, measuring wounds, documentation, etc.
- Provide wound care when needed.
- Completes medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assure that established infection control and standard precaution practices are maintained when providing care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in a wound care nurse role
- Ability to care for high acuity patients
- Ability to facilitate teamwork
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast pace environment
