Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the organization's strategies and goals. Performs system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and alleviate bottlenecks. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works cross-functionally to solve issues and implement changes. Proactively communicates and collaborates with various departments to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Assists in creating, maintaining and updating various procedural/policy manuals. Ensures consistency at all times between documented procedures and actual processing.
- Recommends changes to processes with the goal of streamlining workflow processes and enhancing delivery of products and services.
- Designs and develops complex training and development projects, working with subject matter experts and members of the branch and lobby services leadership team.
- Consults with branch management to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies, and training materials meet those needs.
- Serves as the liaison with the Training department to ensure operation initiatives are in alignment and supported properly within the organization.
- Acts as a resource for branch personnel to clarify and verify operating procedures and policies.
- Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by Roundtable Committee Members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
