We are currently seeking an Receptionist to oversee the daily front desk and office operations. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on the organization. Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls as well as take and relay messages and provide information to callers
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain an appointment diary either manually or electronically
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Scan, upload and file documents
Able to type 35 wpm minimum
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
