- The RN provides clinical leadership to the neighborhoods ensuring the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services of the neighborhoods.
- The RN participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical operations of the household to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident directed culture, and promote individual and team learning in the household.
- The RN provides each resident with professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations and coordinates their care with other nursing staff in the household.
