Description of Position:
Responsible for performing Ultrasound procedures for use by physicians in the diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs. Receives direction from: Ultrasound Coordinator, Radiology Manager.
Basic Great Falls Clinic Performance Criteria
- Completes CORE requirements.
- Employee maintains current licenses and/or certifications required for the position.
- Is knowledgeable of compliance requirements for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of administrative staff. Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance.
Education:
RDMS Registered or Registry Eligible
Experience:
1 or more years’ experience required. Working experience with Ultrasound Machines. Working experience with Oxygen Tanks. Vascular experience preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
CPR Certification.
