Job Description:
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage loan operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communications, document management, social media marketing, and maintaining our CRM system. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a technology-driven environment and is a quick learner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the loan officer to manage daily operational tasks.
- Handle new lead calls, follow-ups, and assist in collecting and reviewing client documents.
- Maintain and organize CRM database to ensure efficient workflow.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage online marketing campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Required Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
