We are looking for a dedicated Pre-Engineered Metal Building Foreman to oversee and coordinate the construction of metal buildings from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal building construction, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
$100/day Per Diem and $150 One way Travel Pay
Pre-Engineered Metal Building Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on metal building projects.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Train and mentor construction crew members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and timesheets.
Pre-Engineered Metal Building Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in pre-engineered metal building construction.
- Strong knowledge of metal building construction processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
