Job Description
Basic Qualifications (minimum):
-Significant experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint - including administration, installation, and configuration.
Experience developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Windows OS
Experience running small projects
Duties will include:
- Adding and removing user accounts
- Providing some first level user support (understand this may require some training, depending on the application)
- Overseeing governance for the application (i.e., ensuring that the agency's policies are adhered to).
- Acting as a primary point of contact for business users, vendors, and IT to coordinate support tickets and resolving other issues.
- Other related duties as required.
