UUSA, operated by Louisiana Energy Services LLC, is the only commercial enrichment facility operating in the US, and is located in Eunice, New Mexico.

Duties:
- Responsible for managing all construction activities.
- Interface and obtain alignment between the production managers and key stakeholders to effectively implement the construction schedule.
- Coordinate, track and validate schedule adherence for construction.
- Responsible for implementing construction schedule by leading and coordinating large project teams across multiple organizations
- Maintain effective short- and long-range schedule compliance
- Effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary procedural requirements to support construction IAW all safety requirements, design requirements, schedule expectations, cost estimates and quality requirements
- Interface with regulatory and government agencies / offices.
- Includes other duties and responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited college or university in Engineering field of study. 10 years of relevant experience in a field construction leadership role may be substituted for a Bachelor degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience in construction management.
- Knowledgeable in the generation and application of project management principles, concepts and techniques including contract generation and implementation.
- Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledgeable of long-range project scheduling.
- Knowledgeable of vendor contract requirements and capable of validating and enforcing contract and cost compliance.
- Ability to provide prioritization, direction and mentoring for team lead / member to solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to coordinate and effectively communicate established priorities across multiple groups (vendor) assigned activities.
- Ability to determine, communicate and obtain assistance for challenges to completing assigned activities per the schedule
- US Citizenship is required.
