HR Compensation Technician

Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for an HR Compensation Technician opportunity for our customer in Oak Ridge, TN at the Y-12 National Security Complex. A clearance is not required for this position.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Day to day compensation activities include organization chart reviews, setting rates, conducting job studies, performing compensation reviews, preparing job descriptions and postings.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Associate or higher degree in a technical field and 2 - 5 years of related experience or high school diploma with 5 - 12 years of relevant experience.
• Requires general knowledge and understanding in area of expertise and associate equipment, processes or systems.

Security: No clearance required.

Hours: The position will be full time. No travel is expected for this position.
