We are seeking a skilled Banquet Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in banquet and catering operations, as well as a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute menus for banquets and catering events
  • Manage food preparation and presentation for events
  • Ensure quality and consistency of all food items
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with event planners and other staff to ensure successful events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
