We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our In Room Dining (IRD) department at Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, NV. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the In Room Dining department
  • Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Train and develop team members to provide exceptional guest service
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage departmental budgets and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Room Service/In Room Dining in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
