Job title : Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Job Description:
The Business Analyst job duties include supporting vendor led and OBG internally driven initiatives. This consist of eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying (as needed) and managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirement traceability matrix; supporting quality assurance.
The Business Analyst 3 acts as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes, clarifying any issues/risks, supporting Help Desk functions.
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC involving Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Production Support.
- 7-9 years’ experience leading requirements analysis, validation, verification, and prioritization, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable. Leverages persona-based user stories.
- 1-2 years of experience using Azure DevOps for projects and support work items.
- 3-4 years of experience using Salesforce customer relationship management.
Preferred Education:
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Mandatory skills
Certifications or Desired skills if any IIBA Certification
Scrum/Agile Certification preferred
REQUIRED:
