Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

Previous high volume service industry experience preferably in the host or hospitality agent realm.

Background in customer service for chef driven, culinary minded food concepts

The flexibility to operate comfortably in and amongst multiple service environments and expectations. A background in live music concepts is a plus!

Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils as outlined

Setting up, organizing, working & replenishing tables/station

Physical stamina to stand throughout duration of shift

Open availability including weekends

Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
Qualifications
This position requires open availability that may include the ability to work opening, closing & weekend shifts. Candidates should be prepared to work 32-40 hours a week.
