What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Cycle Recruiter position at Edify?
Edify is seeking a Recruiter to work under People Operations to directly support the overall planning and execution of Talent Acquisition initiatives. This position will drive the full-cycle recruiting process and offer a high-touch and positive candidate experience while providing ongoing communication with the hiring teams. The recruiter will report into the People Operations Manager and work closely with the People Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all company roles in Santa Monica, Fishers, and Remote.
- Foster an ongoing talent pipeline to align with current and future business needs
- Partner with People Operations Manager to ensure the talent acquisition direction aligns with Edify goals and objectives
- Provide strategic, data-backed reporting to People Operations Manager on Quarterly and need-to-know basis, leadership as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across teams to keep recruiting efforts effective and effortless
- Identify recruiting roadblocks and work with People Operations and leadership to effectively solve them
- Manage career fairs, college outreach and industry presence
- Keep up to date with SHRM industry trends, execute on data-driven decisions, and manage reports
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Recruiting as a full-cycle recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or similar
- 1 years of experience recruiting for SaaS roles
- 1 year of experience recruiting nationally
- Experience working with ATS, we use Greenhouse
- Ability to own a search from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Think critically, have extreme attention to detail and the ability to adapt
- Be clear in communication with all levels of the company; written and verbal with strong business acumen
