Job Summary

• Collaborate with the NLP Logix team to understand business needs and translate them into software solutions.
• Develop and implement end-to-end solutions, delivering them as customer-ready products.
• Communicate directly with customers to provide updates on solution progress and timelines, ensuring the efficacy of the delivered product.
• Contribute to story refinement and requirement definition.
• Set up and develop continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
• Identify and maintain technical debt throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in and contribute to CI/CD events, including branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, and release notes.
• Review code developed by other engineers, providing feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide less experienced members of the software development team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or 7 years of related IT experience.
• Experience working with cloud environments.
• Proficiency in using Infrastructure-as-Code to build large-scale environments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex information and communicate it clearly.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Desired Qualifications

• Extensive experience with .NET and web technologies within the .NET ecosystem.
• Proficiency in version control using Git and GitHub.
• Strong experience in database engineering, including high proficiency with SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Familiarity with SPA frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue, and/or Blazor WASM.
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
