Entry Level Retail Associate

Emerald Desert Promotions is looking to hire an Entry Level Retail Associate in the Phoenix county area as soon as possible! We are looking for an Entry Level Retail Associate to bring their inspiration and innovation to our in-store marketing and brand development campaigns. As the Retail Associate, you will work inside member only retailers on behalf of our clients’ in the home renovation industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a retail position who is looking to further their career and learn a variety of new skills in the process.

Entry Level Retail Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers inside member only retailers to generate interest in our clients available products or services
• Use your active listening skills to build rapport with customers inside retails and increase future brand loyalty
• Stay up to date on our clients, their products and services and any current promotions available to retail members
• Meet with fellow associates to brainstorm, report what has and has not been working, ask questions and participate in continuous training sessions at our office
• Other tasks may be assigned

Entry Level Retail Associate Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Active listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner
• An eagerness to learn new skills and continue developing professionally
• Critical thinking skills & the ability to think on your feet
• Experience working in a retail, sales, hospitality or customer service based role preferred but not required
• Public speaking and presentation skills are preferred
• Must stay up to date on our clients services and promotions
