HIRING A RESPONSIBLE SHIFT SUPERVISOR FOR A CAR RENTAL COMPANY BY THE ATLANTA AIRPORT

Pay Rate : $18 / hr - weekly pay

Location :

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport location!

Shift :

FT - 3pm-11 pm Thursday-Monday

Off Tuesday / Wednesday

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient operations
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Oversee daily operations , including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with management , including monitoring sales targets and implementing strategies for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Making sure employees are following safety protocols
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover driver / transporters lead and vsa's (car cleaners) when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements :

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions

Education and experience :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
